Good afternoon,
Two weeks ago purchased first Landrover a 10 plate Freelander XS, without going into War and Peace the aftersales from Stratstone in Gloucester is the worst I have ever experienced
, and since my purchase talking around I am not the only one... However just a few things I would like to know, was the XS fitted with a DAB radio as standard as I was lead to belive by the salesman that mine had one fitted turns out it doesnt.. on the test drive he tried to convince me that digital on the facia meant DAB secondly has there been a recall with regards to an issue with the reaf diff? mine appears real noisy from the rear end of the vehicle and Stratstones are supposed to be collecting mine next week... doubt they will do that as they were supposed to call me several times last week for my works address. Dealer Principal was to phone me last week re my complaints and failed to do so..
