Hi
Just had a turbo fitted
There is a whistling noise when moving not stationary . And a loss of power . Could this be a pipe either incorrectly fitted or split?

As @Flossie says, but if you've just had it fitted, take it back and get them to fit it correctly, and check it's working before paying for it or accepting it off them .. an extended test drive might be needed ..
