I have a freelander td4 auto 2006 series 1 covered 73000 only just brought it a few weeks ago and now the auto box is playing up, its drives fine for few days a week or more then suddenly it seems to be in the slowing down process say coming from 70mph slowing for round about etc it then wont find a gear just revs up put hazards on slowing right down then it will find a gear and then off I go again and it might drive fine then for rest of journey or it might do the same thing few more times before journey ends, I had the gearbox oil changed in garage all electric bits cleaned etc and no fault codes on computer so I don't no what to do now I can't afford to put new box in it if that's the problem be great full for any advice thanks Or if anyone knows any good garages near Colchester area that are honest to take a look would be great thanks
