need help to fix a instrument panel issue in brief we bought a new one but wont sync with our vehicle
rover l322 2004 model any tips pls

no i aint just acting blonde lol
read all the info i can there aint much i dont know now about the vehicle just cant get it to sync with ours its still bringing up the vin number from the vehicle it came out of and wont reset or clear any thing in it
