Hi from Settle, North Yorkshire

Hi Everyone, I'm Chris and just recently bought my first land rover (cheap second-hand freelander 1), and I love the car, I've been after one for years but blagged the wife after she wanted to move to settle from Burnley
Just one or two problems with the car, electric sun roof tilts but won't slide, and a knocking noise from the back at around 30mph, a little intermittent but can't find any loose bits!
Any help would be appreciated,
