Just found this great site and thought I had better pop on and say HI!

I am looking at getting a TD5 in the next few weeks and would like to know if there is anything to look out foir ie. common faults/issues etc.

Any info that would help avoid a possible lemon would be really appreciated!

yeh its a td5

seriously tho like all landys theres pros/cons/faults wiv all landys.
my mates td5 is prone to ecu problems and alarm failure,oh and alternator failure hes on his 3rd now

Ive put 35000 miles on my td5 . Only problem i have had is the slave cylinder gave up the ghost at 42000 miles.

Dont forget if it has wheels or teets itll give you hassle.

Or If it flys, floats or f*!"s rent it.
