My first Landrover was a 1968, IIA 109 with a slow diesel and two huge 6v batteries. After a 90 county, children forced Discovery 1 and job change pushed to Discovery TD5.
As the name suggests, I come from the North and teach. London is the base now.
I teach design and Engineering and use Land Rovers as teaching aids all the time.
Just joined this forum, and I can see me reading a great deal. Clock my saggy back end story.
