Hi Folks Measurement of 3.5 V8

Hi Folks long time no see.

Got a question for someone techy: What are the measurements of the V8 3.8 ?

1: Sump to Rocker tops
2: Front to back of Engine Sump to Gearbox & Head to head on the outer edge of the V8

Why I need to know these is I've been asked to convert a Volvo V6 to a sensible V8

Sump to rocker covers is about 22 inches (i've got edelbrock covers on mine and the sump is slighly shallower than standard)

Nose of water pump to bellhousing flange is 29 1/2 inches (mine got sd1 water pump)

Front of sump to gearbox is 21 inches

Head to head is about 21 inches
