Hi. EAS compressor works when i press the pedal of break.

Hi. I have a range rover P38 4.0 se and i hear the air compresor of EAS when i push the breaking pedal. What is that??? Is that noraml???? Another things that i have noticed is that the front of the car is littel lower then the back. Is normal that to??? Not to much lower but is noticed from outside if you look carefull. Thnx folks

Vehicle should be level all round...measure the heights it should be the same from wheel arch to wheel centre!

Also when you brake, the system relvels itself, so it could be running to refill the tank...if it runs everytime, you could have a leak it is trying to keep up with!

It will be the ABS pump you can hear. Not the EAS compressor. Change the accumulator PDQ.

Bet the abs and brake warning light stays on for about 30seconds after starting too!!
