I am from South Oxfordshire, Land Rover on my Profile Photo is mine but its in SriLanka, 1978, 109 Series 3, 2.6L 6 Cylinder Inline , I had to replace the split screen windshield & I opted for a early 1980's model windshield and two front doors with rising single pane window with winders, also took back a full rear door and modified it to be side opening a rear door. loads to ask you all in good time, we (me, wife & two T-Cup Terriers ) are looking for a similar vehicle to use England, I know Series vehicles are very expensive, but 110 County, early defender, only a petrol model. I can't bring my one from Sri Lanka I would not be able to take it back ever again due to importation Laws there. When I Get some time I'll upload some more photos of the S111.
