Don't worry it will pay back eventually, I recall watching my dad to so much mechanically which I am sure I showed no interest in... and yet all of the time just watching and passing spanners paid benefits hugely now I do similar with an old land rover. If you get stuck post it up, you are not far from my neck of the woods and fairly close to John Craddocks there.. Not sure if that's a blessing or not the way they have gone lately.
