Hi all, my name's Dave, I live in Central France and have 2 Discos. The wifes' is a pearler '93 TDi 200 manual and mine is a '98 Disco TDi 300 auto.

Love "em to bits - shame about the rust.:(

Did you already sorted out your "little" rust problem? ;-)
Your in the middle of france , no worry's , we can get you outa there:).
Where are you then , i drive thru France 3 or 4 times a year when i go for a visit in Holland (i'm in Portugal) , always glad i made it thru..............

Hi Rob, if by "little rust problem" you mean the boot floor then see attached pictures.

We are in the Limousin, just south of the centre of France.

Yep , you resolved your "little" problem , looks nice now:) , was it a lot of work?

When i go to Holland i either drive Bourgonje - Paris or Toulouse - Paris , the first one being quicker but via Toulouse is much nicer , when driving via Toulouse i'm passing there (normaly Limoges is my stop for the night) so maybe i should hop over for a cofee one time and have a look at your disco;)

Hi Rob, re the boot floor, most of the time was taken up by thinking - I can't weld so I had to work out a diferent way of doing it. If you are at all interested see: Land Rover UK Forums

We are about 100 kms north east of Limoges, so next time you're passing let me know and we can get together. We have loads of Dutch friends so it would be nice to add one more.
