I'm hoping I'm not in over my head: I've recently acquired a '79 Series III RHD diesel that was in mid-restoration. The previous owner was administering as much TLC as budget would allow when his wife pulled the plug. I've no regrets, but I have come to realize that I will most likely need to maintain regular communication with you folks so many time zones away: She's a model that was never imported to the States for retail sale and is a diesel to boot. She's a runner with gremlins and I sense we are in for a love/hate relationship: Probably a good thing there is no Mrs. or even a candidate for that title. Already trying to figure out how the heck the glow-plugs are supposed to be charged as the starter switch does not seem to have a position for them. Additionally, wondering if I will be able to get a new hazard switch/knob that doesn't show on anybody's wiring diagrams, but appears to be part numbers 90575281 on an Egdon (Spetchley, Worcester) parts supply list. Fun fun!
