hey, new here and to the discovery

hello people, i bought a 1996 300TDI in nightfire red today, bought it to get around in this bad weather then, tart it up and show it some love. then ill be using it to tow a trailor with my little race car on it. bought it cause i think they look great and heard some really good things about them along with some bad.
first thing i need to sort out is a bit of rust on the rear arches. can someone point me in the direction to get parts etc.

wasnt cheap apperently, but need it at the moment, £2250 with a years mot and 6 months tax. i thought that was quite fair, does have 140k on it though, but has been looked after really well, just starting to rust which is why they got rid of it.

No worries, and cheers for sharing the info. Obviously, there's a bit of "snow tax" included there. Unfortunately for you, its a seller's market at the moment.
