HEVAC problems

Help my 1996 P38 hevac is getting right on my wick. Using my FCR tester Ifound my blend and distibution motors were knacked so I replaced them , bloody nightmare, but the fcr said they were still knacked.Anybody any ideas ?

Have you cleared the fault log and calibrated the blend motor travel?
