Hevac fault

Hi all
Some advice needed Re: the hevac unit showing handbook !
When I set the system on auto mode the handbook does not appear even though my aircon needs a regas no faults seemed to be logged.
When I use manual control with the aircon switched off within 5 minutes I get the handbook symbol appear ???
Recently had a new core sensor fitted as this showed up as a fault. No other faults logged, all blend motors working.
System all seems fine except aircon is not working, I think it has a leak??

With the aircon turned off you shouldn't get a chequebook fault regardless of it's condition. I haven't got an aircon condensor fitted and have been running for months with the aircon off and no chequebook.

You need to get your faults read again, you could have the famous jammed flap.
