HEVAC Failure

Hi gents, hoping someone will know the problem with my hevac. basically it has decided that all the lights and display should just flash on and off in steadu time - nothing worksblowers, demist programme, changeing the direction of air, all that happens is what everyou select the light of it just flashes on and off in time with the rest of the display.

Any clues greatfully recieved

Dead HEVAC or bad connections. Diagnostics might help.

thanks for the reply data tech - I have a spare hevac unit, If I swap it will it need to go on the diagnostics to recognise the new one and clear any faults it has logged

plug and play straight swap,any fault codes logged will need to be cleared but it will still work

thanks for the advice gents - swapped it for spare unit - appears O.K. apart form the hand book symbol- which I already know is due to the compressor clutch being U/S
