As suggested, no AC and it's all come about since I swapped over the HEVAC controller.
I got heated seats with memory and all that jazz, but my HEVAC controller didn't have any buttons.
So I swapped them over. My new heated screen works, the heated seats work and the fan speed control is smooth and linear.
It didn't occur to me to test the AC over the past few weeks even though I should have noticed a problem with the heat being well above what I set on the dial. The heaters are too warm, which should also have suggested the AC isn't blowing any cold.
Now I know the AC worked just a few weeks back (before I dd the swap) as I do test it every few weeks even in winter. There's nothing to suggest any leaks at the (2yr old) condenser or anywhere else in the system.
That only leaves the HEVAC controller being the wrong flavour, but for the life of me I can't remember the nature of the problem or the workaround to get it working.
I can quite easily bypass the wiring to the clutch by popping on a jumper wire to test if it is working (I am pretty certain it is) but I need to know if I can get it working using this controller or do I need to swap for another that "will" work??
Thanks all.
