I could do with some support please. 'She' doesn't believe me and it's been a bit quiet at home since Sunday.
I was sat in the front of my P38, happy as Larry, screwdriver in hand.
She appeared at the door. "what are you doing now"?
"I'm replacing the bulb in the heater so that you can see it at night."
"Don't give me that. There's no way you have to do that much to change a bulb. You're just doing it so that you don't have to come and see my parents."
There was then the sounds of a Focus door slamming and a Ford engine being over-revved.
I lit up a Marlboro and sat back. OK it wasn't a bad result but I could see what she means. What other car would require me to virtually start dismantling in the back seat to change a bulb on the dashboard?
Two requests. Could somebody please support me that it wasn't a deliberate ploy to avoid the dragon-in-law.
Secondly, is there anything else worthwhile I could do or check whilst I've got it all stripped out.
Just for the hell of it I've whipped the switch panel out as well and changed the leds in the height switch. Mine now goes yellow, blue, green and red. Why not? It's my Rangie and, let's be fair, you've got to be a little mad to own one.
