hesitation when accelerating

Hi, I've got a slight hesitation when accelerating from tick over its like a misfire, I've checked the red plug at ecu and got a new maf sensor. disco 2 de-egr de-cat stage 2 remap silicon hose's. thanks for any help
 
The best would be to plug in a tester to rule out a management issue but if it has many miles with it i'd service the autobox with fresh oil and filter first
