Rangie, been stuck in Harlington lane for 5 hours once, had to winch the whole way. When it's wet it can be really challenging. Don't underestimate it.

Update on Tonka progress, as it ****ed down tonight, no further work on engine, but we did design, fabricate and fit bucket seat to driver's side. Will save passenger side for next rainy day. Tomorrow engine hopefully, if it stays dry. Took a bit of fiddling to get seat height right, but now it's in it's so much more comfortable and supportive. looks in keeping too.

I really like that lane. I can't wait to get back out there, it's doing me in.:(

Good video. Shame I went through first.

Of course. As long as it has enough space and processing power.

You'll need about 6Gb free space, and the program is a "suck it and see" case.

BTW we're talking about being out Sunday not Saturday this week. Going back to Santa Pod. Hope this is cool with everyone who wants to come.

Jais lane was more slippery tonight than other times I have driven it. Still managed OK on ATs though I had to give it a little more welly than usual. Any worse and I think I might have come unstuck.

Gibbo Phil made it fine in his frontera too....

you will have to look at comp to judge.I am in northamptonshire sunday so hay ho happy days.

Hey mate, either drop it to me in Eaton Bray or give it to Kev and I'll collect it from him. Should take about 4 hours to install and copy all the necessary files.

OK I know this questioin should be in another section of the forum but the people I want to hear from are reading in here so here goes...

How possible is it to remove my V8 and replace it with a decent diesel engine?

its 3am cant sleep so i went to check that lane as its only 2mile from me, looks easy enough to me but i dont wanna jinx it and call jai, luke james anyone at 3am to pull me out
Like i've said before, if anyone gets really in the SH*T stuck and has no other option, i'll come out and help if they don't mind waiting for me to get out there from Surrey. But if your that stuck it's not like your be going anywhere till i get there.

Kris, I can't tell you how much reassurance that gives me personally. We're not often stuck that badly (shut up spyderman). The fact that we could call you in an emergency is really cool. (BTW What's your phone number I might need it on speed dial)

Hi mate, you should still have my phone number from before, but if not i'll PM it to you or give you a call so your have it.
