Yeah I should have sprayed them in underseal when I did the rest. Hope to get it done this week

I'm still unsure weather my axles are 10 or 24 spline, even the vin number comes up with two options so I have ordered both. It it's 10 spline then I'm sure Killajoules and djdommyp wouldn't mind a spare 24 spline one floating around. If it's 24 then I have a spare for the ccv axles.

I should receive all of the bits on Wednesday so I might give the pub a miss and crack on with fixing it ready for Brickhill on the Sunday

ah the genuine factory tdi's were usually 24 but you can tell by the hubs. If they are domed like the older type or sesperate drive member like 90's

I'm 120 miles away and the parts are ordered. If that's the case then I have a spare for the ccv when built

You will always use CV's!! Always worth having spares!
