I had a great day at yarwell quarry, nice to put faces to forum names, only a puncture for me but we went a man down on the way there (Lee wheel-bearing )
I need to get better tyres and lose the towbar for next time.

Defenderdog, I got rangy classic axles for sale if that will fit, if it's rear you could upgrade to disc brakes at the same time

My rears a range rover one so will fit. Think the old ones are all the same but either disc or drum.

Cheers for that got disco axels with discs brake, I've got a ARB locker to put on its just been sitting in the workshop haven't had chance to do it yet, all I need is a diff pan and some time to weld it on.

I'm not a happy camper, I has planned to take the 90 offroad instead it looks like its going to be off the road. Bloody wheel bearing went and welded itself to the stub axle. Time to get onto paddocks me thinks. Get some bushes done while its off the road too.

How long before you leave the country again Lee?

saturday im off on tour, only 3 weeks though, then home for a few days, away for a month then a week off then 2 months away. kinda pressed for time to get the work done haha. it's sitting on the drive atm looking all sorry for itself. i can see some sleepless night this week!

Lee don't worry what stub axle do you need is it drum oe disk brake? Old deep type or later thin type flange i may be able to help out plenty of spares here sharp cold chisel is handy to remove the inner race J

i got it off using a 3 arm puller courtesy of defenderdog. i think i may have compressed the cv by doing that though. its a disc braked front, im not sure if its the thin or thick on, i didnt know there was a difference tbh.

All I can say is I got a pretty amazing
