Hey, can anyone help?

I haven't had the money nor time to spend on me disco and am looking to start adding bits, where's a good cheap place beside fleabay to get stuff such as protection lift kit etc, also anything to look for/at when buying a lift kit?

Thanks :D

here's a idea

how about getting a job, or another job to help pay fer yer parts rather than virtually begging ?

or, seeing as you are a so called poor student why not get a car that you afford to run ?

sorry if you think my ideas are a bit too "left field" i do appreciate that the concept of working might not have been on yer curiculum just yet

i'm not looking for a third job, and i not begging at no point do i ask for any money, so please less of the spamming and could you maybe answer the question i asked??

ear - did yer get outta wrong side of bed this mornin sean?

no i is in a really good mood today - me 110 passed it's MOT yesterday and me pair of front dumbirons are turning up today so i have an excuse to get the gas axe fired up :)

but things like this do pee me orf
Disco Project

gerra job earn money buy things ! - that's how life is

my disco has suspension lift which was on wen i purchased, apparently its a common mod. the rear springs have been put on the front and 110 rear springs fitted to the rear. (i think) front shock turrets cut and rewelded and rear shock mounts have homemade lowering plates behind. giving a 2-3 inch lift i think. anyone heard of this??

also for protection, a diff guard and steering guard purchased for less than £100, and angle grinder to front bumperhas given loads of clearance

Hmmmm. Rear springs on the front would probably cause it to sag as they're not designed to carry the weight of the engine. 110 rear springs won't fit on a disco unless the whole spring mounting set up is changed to match which would seem to be a bloody long winded way to do it.

1. As a LAW student, one would have thought that accurate and effective communication would be an important asset - "and i not begging ",

2. You may say you are not begging, but you do have a Donate button on your website - sure looks like begging to me.

Owning running and modifying Landys costs money, if you haven't got it, you can't do it.

Spamming , what spamming. The bloke is just disagreeing with you, that's what can happen on open forums.

i think thats the way it was done, or was it the other way? ie fronts on rear then the 110 springs on the front i cant remember now. ye a garage checked while back and previous owner had changed spring mounting. they coulnt understand y either
