well! that was a roller coaster ride. i was on the edge of me seat!

It's often the simple things that sound worst.
Last month I had a grinding niose from the front wheel that within a mile went from "better look at that at the weekend" through "I'm not sure I fancy the 50 mile journey home" to "will I make it the mile back to the office?"
Made it and took the wheel off, tiny pebble wedged between the calliper and the hub part of the disc.
