i got p38 4.6i v8 hse runing rich and RH cat glows red hot
and wen u turn it off it wont start again

How old is the front section with the cats in, and what sort of driving do you do normally?
I've seen these clog up with carbon on short trips, and then catch fire, which can be quite spectacular.

it 96 N reg and sat for 8m how do i fix it m8

You can try driving for a few miles and see if it clears, but it may be that the honeycomb in the cat is damaged, and which case you're into a new downpipe assembly
