help with my mums bloody gaylander

my mums gaylander has occured yet another problem she has said its shaking under braking and she can feel it on the brake pedal but she sais the shake continues after release of the brakes but a shake to her is probly just a rumble but any advise would be much appreciated to sort it out before i get a headach

Cheack pad and disk condition, coud be uneven wear or piston jammed

well got to wait till tuesday to have a look that when shes got her next day orf but want a good list of thing to check
