Help wanted re lighting

Hi all. I have a 1994 ex military 110 defender. Does anyone know how to upgrade the existing lights and also any aftermarket spot lights or light strip. Trying to keep as standard as possible, but would like to get some more lighting up front as i do alot of b roads daily. Many thanks

There some nice LED replacement lights available for 7" sealed beam units. Not cheap but one hell of an upgrade.

Best upgrade you can do is to fit a "Boomslang" type lighting harness, easy, cheap, and retains the original look. And fit Osram Nightbreaker bulbs.

Relays in the headlights and decent bulbs are my go to, all in you could DIY it for less than £15 of cables and a couple of hours with a soldering iron and some cable pliers.
