my 62, series 2 has a 3.5 v8 the pipe broke and i need a new one i bought a v8 disco pipe but it still leaked the diameters are 2 different sizes the old pipe has a ali sleeve inside at the middle i still kept this bit. tried emailing conversion companies and they dont respond also tried quick google of local hose manufactures no joy.i drained the antifreeze out october time and could do with getting a pipe to refill and see if block cracked all not. as the trucks been off road for 18 months now and starting to get sick of it being stood in yard some **** offered me 200 for it but i told him it was cheaper to use it as a shed.:D

I take it your talking about the botom radiator hose.
It would also seem that it is still in its original size and position.,hence the use of an ali sleeve joining different hoses . You will not find an OE hose and will therefore have to make up a system to fit as was previously done .Alternatively you could have the bottom outlet moved to the left hand side of the radiator ,with the outlet diameter being the same as that of the engine and then use hose to fit .Good Luck.

yeah the hose is rubber type on bottom right of rad, or left hand side when stood looking in it comes up squishes under a heavyduty alternator bracket then goes to engine.and its different diameters each end so probably have to get a tapered one custom made.
