Help to open p38

Hi everyone, left my lights on my 99 P38 tried to open door but key would not turn at all to the right, i did however manage to open through wire in window, recharged battery and replaced but pressed fob and the door locked me out of the car, i need to put in the EKA code which i have but key will not turn to the right in the door lock, left window open slightly but can't get central locking button to come up on the door this time with the wire, i think it is perhaps because there is now power and the deadlocks have come on, does anyone know if there is any other way that i can get into car and any suggestions on why the key wont turn to the right??
