Help to find Radius arm bush in Glasgow for tomorrow

Hi Guys, I was wondering if any of you guys can help me. I purchased a Discovery w reg 2000 from a garage in Glasgow some 10 days ago. I live in North Yorkshire and have had to cancel my train journey to pick it up 3 times due to the part not arriving at the garage so that they can pass it through the mot. The elusive part is a radius arm bush!
I refuse to cancel my train journey again and am booked to travel up there tomorrow. Does anyone know anybody in Glasgow that could help.

More importantly are you buying a Land rover from a garage that cant even source a fairly common part!

What's the garage?

Most factors should be able to source this...but if they haven't managed by now, then the chances of getting one on a saturday afternoon are pretty slim!
Also, Glasgow is pretty big...can you narrow down the area any?

There are a couple of main dealers with parts departments but must say any time I'm looking for something from them its an order for the following day.

They ordered one from Landrover and because of the weather they now have a massive back order and do not know when it will be in.
I'm now booked on train tomorrow to try and sort it myself.

Word of warning - you will have limited success tomorrow.

The entire Glasgow area has been a total nightmare for over a week due to snow and ice.
Most businesses have been affected by the weather for over a week.

I'll take a note of the motor factor that you suggest. The part has been ordered by Shields but has not turned up.
Hillingtons and Shields both told me that this bush can only be purchased from Landrover and cannot be an after market part. That is what worries me if true.

I thought Glasgow was buried under snow and businesses were losing money because they cant trade? Goes to show you should never believe anything you see on the news

I would like to say a BIG thank you to those of you that responded to my request for help. Especially Biggeeeee who not only went out of his way to locate a bush for me he offered to meet me at the train station and take me to the garage.
