HELP! TD4 will not start when warm

Hi, my Freelander TD4 will not start after the engine has warmed up, it starts every time when cold, but 50% of the time it just will start when warm ?? The engine turns over but will not fire, I can smell fuel but cannot see any drips anywhere. It's driving me mad,. Well not so much of the driving

Any help would be appreciated

what do you mean by you can smell fuel? Do you mean burnt or unburnt?

Usually it's the camshaft sensor that's goosed and stopping em starting when warm.

Thanks, the fuel smells unburnt but hot !!!!!
