Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 2.5 na 90 what i have been having some problems with my brakes, my pedal feels very hard as im braking and the brakes are poor, changed the pads and shoes still the same i was advised to change the vacum pump and possibly the servo, i have bought a second hand pump servo and master cyl, i have changed the vac pump there still dosent seem like there is any vacum, i took it for a drive come back took the vac pipe off and its just pumping oil out, i removed the vac pump again to check everything and it looks like the drive has snapped off, my only worries now is i can see a gear where the toothed drive of the vac pump sit in but cant get it out anyone have any ideas as i need it back on the road asap
