help please, its gone crazy

guys my freelander has just gone mad. i put the original radio back in and left ignition on for radio code, which i got wrong several times and still cant do. i have now gone back to turn on and when i put ignition on everything on dash flashes on and off like mad loads of buzzing from fuse box and wont even turn over. it has gone crazy???????? help

looked in fuse box and can feel tapping on all the big yellow fuses around the outside of the normal fuses.
