Don't gloat too much landy thats when the plod always turns up with their photo's,

It's the first accident I've had in 20 years so law of averages not bad there and insurance on my other car is only £500, due this week on a MPV that only 2 yrs old, valued at £18k and they know about my bump and her sp30
only £500:eek:

feck me i moaned like fook about £267 fc on a £18.5k mitsubishi outlander

It's got to be the postcode lottery unfortunatley not everyone lives in rural or semi rural places, plus Merseyside isn't the cheapest for ins anyway
I'ts just very weird the RR ins has jumped soooo much but mpv hasn't

Just one other thought.... Is this motor used on a daily basis? If not, then perhaps worth looking at the restricted milage policies.

try the co-op, i pay just over £650 on my series 3 (insurance group 2) , im 18 and a named driver on my dads, but i still build a no claims up, most other companies was charging well over £1500

:D

I do use it everyday but thats only because I prefer driving it more than my other. but if it comes to it I will try that route as well

try performance direct, they are cheap.

regarding he mulitcar policies, if you go there (admiral etc) site and do a quote they also show you how its divided between the two cars and every time I have found them cheaper else where seperatly

Give Adelaide a try, I saved a bunch with them, others were quoting over £1000, they came in at £450 (fully comp with other extras!)
If you've got club membership, or an advanced driving qualification, that should help.

Good luck :)
