Good Morning One and All,
I have had the dreaded 3 Amigos on for a while now on my 98 1.8 Freelander.
I've gone through carried out the usual basic tests and have come to the conclusion that i might need to go and get her plugged in.
I'm in Rugby and the closest place to me quoted £66 just to read the ABS codes, i've an emissions issue as well so to read the MEMS it was going to cost £100 all in just to read the codes.
I appreciate the purchase of OBD equipment and licenses is not cheap, the kit we use and sell to dealers runs to many thousands but £100 to read 2 modules for 1 minute.
Anyway enough waffling but i was wondering does anybody have a version of testbook that would be prepared to come to Rugby and plug my car in for a nominal fee and petrol or nominal fee and a couple of beers
my car is off the road at the moment because the MOT has expired
but i miss driving her.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
