You are too far away from me. However, at worst, a few push rods need renewing. Whilst the head is off, skim it to ensure trouble free life in the future. Whilst the head is off, I would take the the opportunity to lap in the valves. Use a reputable head gasket supplier and you should finish with a decent job. The help you will need is dropping in the head. You will need an angular gauge to correctly torque down the head. It is a relatively easy job and covered in the manual.
Be careful when you remove the injectors as the orifices can be easily damaged. Keep them well protected.
