Help needed, temp sender adapter

I wonder if anyone can help please, I live in France and have a Land Rover 110 1988 2.5 td
I recently replaced the head with a recon from eBay , everything is gone ok with the new head except the recover on the temperature sender from my old head doesn’t fit the replacement head it’s too big .
The adaptait I need is approx 20 mm in diameter to fit the hole in the head.
Does anyone no where I can buy this part ? Or does anyone have spare they could sell and post to me ?
I’m a bit desperate as this is the final thing needed to get the old girl back on the road!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry it’s the adapter,or reducer the temperature sender is screwed into , then the reducer screws into the head

I 'think' this has been covered before and I ' think' it was @jamesmartin who advised.
I know the adaptor you mean, one was on a head I scrapped a few years back.

In bought one on eBay a few years ago - there is some info on here somewhere. In essence, identify the threads and length. I think it only cost a pound of two.
