"HELP ME PLEASE" Discovery 1 o/s/r coil spring cup

I have a 1996 P-Reg 300tdi Disco the rear offside spring cup has rotted off the chassis and the spring is currently sitting on the underside of the boot floor.

Now its not a part that my landrover main dealer can supply its not a part that the likes of Bearmach/Paddocks/Britparts etc supply.

I spoke to Landrover themselves who's only answer was they only have to supply parts for ten years, so I asked if I could have one for a 1998 disco and funnily enough they dont supply that part either.

ffectively to this end as far as landrover are concerned my chassis is a write off (HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT) for a company whos slogan is best 4x4xfar.

Can any one out there HELP ME I dont want to re-chassis the vehicle and it's too good a vehicle to break there must be someone out there that supplies aftermarket chassis parts

contact a chassis manufactorer and ask them fer one
