Help egr blank ,Synergy (now dead)

HI guys

Well i did the EGR blank and fitted the Ron box (synergy 2A) and to be honest it transformed my TD4 auto However coming home from work yesterday i am doing 60 and it started to judder and blow a bit of smoke ! So i backed off the revs and it was fine. I excelerated again to 60 and more judder lots of smoke and poWWWW! She died nothing zilt nano!
Spoke to Ron and he said it wouldn't be his box although i have removed it for the garage. Oh it's a bosh MAF..

Shes now in the garage being looked at 61,000 miles only and i am gutted...... Any advise please or ideas:bounce:

despite using my best binoculars, I cant quite see into your engine bay from where I am sitting.

see what the garage say, then come back with more info.

Well no closer arfter Garage on it all afternoon. He reports turbo looks fine as does injectors. Cleaned all the connections Maf etc. Back on it tomorrow :scratching_chin: Fingers crossed for more !
Obviously more detail he gives more I shall let ya know

When mine went like that it was a shagged injector .....confirmed by doing a leak back test.
