Hi,

After just a week my RR seems determined to bankrupt me!

Was just coming home and the EAS Fault light came on and put the car into Standard ride height. I pulled over and switched off the ignition, leaving it for 3 mins as per the manual, and restarted but the fault persists, but the car did level itself.

I got the car home, another 5 miles, put it on the drive and when I switched off the rear NS has sunk to the deck leaving the whole car at a jaunty angle.

Just been out to the car again and restarted it, the rear NS lifted but it's still slightly lower than the rest of the car, does this point towards a height sensor, as the compressor seems to be working okay and the bellow seems to be holding the car so I guess it's not split.

So, what's gone wrong? More importantly how do I fix it, I need the car next weekend to tow with!

I will do the fix myself if I can, just hate other people working on my cars!

Anyone in Kent with a Rovacom if I need it?

Thanks

Tim :(

Hi Tim.

If you take the car to a LR specialist and get it plugged in it will tell you whats wrong and then you can fix it yourself.
If you start the car on the drive, let it pump up and turn off the ignition can you hear air escaping ? It might indicate a leaking air bag or pipe.

Cheers, Nick.
