HELP.Disco steering wobble

I have a 1994 tdi auto.When the car reaches 60-65 mph the steering wheel wobbles like mad,it's fine around 70mph or below 60mph.Ive recently had a new track rod arm fitted on the nearside and had both front wheels re-ballanced and the problem persists.Any help would be greatly appreciated as i don't wish to drive it as it is as i don't feel it safe to do so.:scratching_chin:

Hi did the same on mine recently,and the same problem happend, the tracking was out by about 5mm reset it to the factory settings and it went back to normal.
Its in the Haynes manual.
