Help?! Dead in the water??!!!

Hi all,

I've got a issue with my D2. I went out their this morning to use the truck, used the key fob.. nothing... Looked at the fob to see if the red light came up once pressed, it did.. changed the battery in the fob incase, tried again... Nothing..the car just won't unlock via the key fob?
I can unlock manually but then as soon as I open the door the alarm goes off...

Any help how to sort this issue would be much appreciated guys! It's my family car so I do really need to get this sorted asap

As far as I'm aware brilliant

Do you have the EKA code? That will at least overcome the alarm issue

Take your V5 down to your local dealership - the parts department should be able to give you the EKA....as long as no-one has changed it!!

I managed to get this sorted.. I was tagged in a post by a friend of mine. Watched this video.. and basically it was the black push button in the engine bay.. press that.. hey presto! The disco was alive!!!!!

Hope that helps anyone who's had this issue! I ran 1st to seeking a EKA code... But it could be as simple as pressing the black button in the engine bay!!!
