I hate electrics.

Just got home parked up to pop in doors. Left windows open as hot day. Got back in the landy and refused to start. central locking won't work. Radio needs code so power break somewhere.
Alarm works a treat. My bleeding ears will attest to that.

I used the blip and it almost closed to central locking but it was like a flat bettery realy slow and just enough to rearm the alarm.

Battery reads 12.3 volts.

There is a relay on in the bonnet. It is buzzing. It is fitted to the same box as the rest but seprate. i can not find what it is in my haynes.

There was also a relay type noise coming from the passanger footwell.

(flaming relays all over the shop)

I am toying with alarm fault if so how do you disable/bypass the central locking/immobiliser.

The buzzing relay under the bonnet has a code of PRC 6913.

Just disconected battery to kill alarm and there is now no alarm. no ignition power.
there is power to radio and clock .

Lights work, red light on dash for immoboliser works intemitantly.
there is a clicking noise from the passanger footwell intermitantly which i have never noticed before.
Interior lights work.
fan does not.

New battery now sorted what a pain seems battery has just collapsed despite reading 12.5 no power coming from it. I think it is the battery that came with it when it was bought so not too bad i supose for a 96 vehicle.
