HELP Bumper pod lights seized together

So I got some bumper pod lights second hand and a brand new set with a bulb cluster missing. I only need 1 of the 2nd hand set and I can’t for the life of me get the bulb holder casing off the back. Can anyone help? I’ve put so much wd40 in it and left it for weeks and no help.

Looks like that's got hot and welded the plastic.
Have you been soaking it in Budweiser!?!?

Looks like it needs replacing to me.
Why not see if you can find some LED lights that fit in the pods?
