help - 3 door roof brackets required!!

Hi

Ive a set of "wrap around" roof bars for my 3 door, but require the brackets that go into the lug that pops out in the plastic roof runners for the front of the bars to affix to. Can you help!?

LR dont supply the fixings-only as a kit at £320 + VAT....


tried several breakers but no joy

when I brought genuine bars for my rangerover thay were rebadged THULE ones, try their web site they might have something that will do the job.

Your best bet is a breakers.

£320 +vat Is that how much they are charging these days?

I would be inclined to fabricate something, the mounts sit on rubber packers and a single Torx bolt holds them in place.

Cats Eyes once posted a pic where someone placed a pop-up tent on the roof of the Freelander. He had twice as many mounts, send her a PM cause she might know the guy??? Havent seen CATs Eyes around the forum in sometime

posted / asked a few breakers. PS theres a set on ebay going cheap in Brum- £ 20 last time I looked but again some fixings missin!!
