Hi. I'm Stuart and I'm looking to get my first defender soon.
I work at Landrover in Solihull and build and co2 weld the bulkhead for the defender. Have worked there for 18 years, first co2 welding the discovery and then up to present day defender.

What Defender are you looking to buy?

Consumer request: Can you get them to galvanize the bulkheads before they fit them???

Looking for a defender 90 tdi sw or van.

Would be good if they did galvanise them, but I doubt they ever will.
Not long left in the life of the defender as we know it, prob till 2015.
If there's a replacement for the defender it won't be built at Solihull.
