Hello

We have just purchased a Disco 1 V8 with an LPG conversion and are looking forward to picking it up later in the week. This will be our first 4 x4 and would welcome any tips from members on how to make sure we are not bankrupted by owning it. It was brought to tow my husbands track car not as a daily driver so hopefully it will work out to be financially viable.

Well she certainly is a thirsty beast! We travelled from Bristol back to London via Alton in Hampshire to pick up some sidesteps and she didn't miss a beat.
She will take getting used to as I drive a smallish hatchback and the wife drives an slk230.
She sounds glorious when you press the loud pedal but the fuel gauges don't like that at all
