Hi there! My name is Annica and I am new here. We have a freelander td4 and we love our car, allthough it starts giving us some bother recently.

Buy 2 new back axle only, Or the vcu and IRD take a **** real quick, like 10 miles or less

Haha! Just bought 4 new winter tyres. New IRD, Diff and new VCU on it's way. If only I would have known. But you're always smarter after and I really hope that's it, but am not really sure ;P

Sorry to hear, Next check oil engine oil weekly. At least once a week drive it until it gets to operating temp and then drive a few more miles Check radiator coolant level with the motor running, should be able to see fluid level if its low then add some a little over full line won't hurt With a anti freeze mix

I'll get it serviced hopefully next week. We want to take it on a trip to germany. So everything needs to work! It is colder there and might go to the alps lol Thanks for the advice
