Hi, I'm Andy and I stay in Fife with my '97 P38 Range Rover 2.5 DSE. I've owned the truck for about 6 months now and have largely enjoyed the experience, however, the EAS went wonky a couple of weeks ago (max 35 mph etc etc) which I cured yesterday with the reset software. It did take a couple of resets as the computer timed out because it took a while to charge the system but got there in the end. Today the suspension lowered itself while parked between short trips and, although there is no EAS fault message displayed and with the compressor running, the 'standard ride height indicator' light stays flashing with the access light steady. I took it for a run but after about 40 secs all that happened was the standard height light went out and the 'motorway' light started flashing. The truck doesn't lean to either side or front to back (or vice versa) so my gut feeling is that because the compressor is running then the piston seal my have waved the white flag. Am I getting warm or barking up the wrong tree? The closest I've been to a Range Rover in the past was owning a '67 series 2a which had many differences (some not so subtle) and fancy suspension is all new to me. Hoping someone can give me a kick in the right direction.
